I was working all yesterday, but yes thank you I did have a nice day. It finally stopped raining and I found several hundred fragrant orchids, many greater twayblades and a bee orchid all on-site at CERN. Today in Geneva the sun is shining. Glad to see you are having fun.
I love the bunting!!! Unfortunately I couldn't convince my boyfriend to let us have bunting on our house, but I have been enjoying other people's efforts :o)
Happy jubilee!! (Canadian commonwealth member, pip pip)
ReplyDeleteYour picture is so British, even ignoring the flags, but I love the flags too. Love the pic!
It does show the excitement of the day! I also like how my jumper fits in with the line of flags...
DeleteThat is one well-bunted house!
ReplyDeleteYou should have seen me hanging out the top floor window with the bunting tied to a mop, passing it to the other window!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had some sun in Geneva, at least!

ReplyDeleteYou should have put up stealth bunting! I was ashamed of our road that nobody else put up bunting...
DeleteWell aren't you just having a wonderful time of it all! Fabulous photo, Simon, wish I could be on your side of the pond.
ReplyDeleteHow I wish you had been at our street party, Darlene!
DeleteGood grief!! Ask Simon B. to show you his pic of Her Majesty at the Regatta.
ReplyDeleteI did, but then I went to lunch... must remember to see it...
