As an addendum to the previous post... strangely, my Blogger homepage tells me I've written 150 posts (as declared yesterday)... but the little drop-down bit in the left column says 145 (146 including this one, I suppose). What's happened to the other five? Where are they? What are they? Curiouser and curiouser, as Alice would say.

  1. Do you have any drafts you've written and never published? I had wondered the same thing. Congratulations, by the way - I do look forward to your posts.

  2. Does blogger count edits as posts?

  3. Do you have a rabbit hole near your blog?

That's not as unlikely as it sounds. I have a black hole under the door of my classroom where pupils' work has been known to vanish.
"I put it under your door, miss."
Yet strangely, it never appeared on the other side of the door. Strange things, these vanishing words.... Never happens when I want to eat mine though.

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment - my favourite part of blogging is reading your comments!

Annoyingly, Blogger often messes up with comments... try refreshing, or commenting Anonymously (add your name in, though!) or using Firefox/Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. (Ctrl+c your comment first!)

Failing everything, email me: simondavidthomas[at]yahoo.co.uk - or just email me anyway :)
