Perhaps revisiting the stories as an adult I'd feel differently (after all, I'm a "Grumpy Cat" fanatic), but he discouraged my optimism too much as a child. I much preferred Piglet's uncertainty & Pooh's curiosity.

Piglet, Pooh, Tigger, Roo, Eeyore, Rabbit, Owl, Kanga, Christopher Robbin

I will only add that, to this day, there is a park near my childhood home that I cannot visit without challenging a friend or family member to a game of Poohsticks :)samarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12110418558011704941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446727280609751914.post-22639757137225736012014-04-28T14:43:30.894+01:002014-04-28T14:43:30.894+01:00I see folk have very strong views here (as usual t...I see folk have very strong views here (as usual the "obvious" is not to me). Completely loved Pooh and Piglet (writing and drawings), but have no strong memories of Rabbit, Owl etc. (And think I only read first book, so don't remember Tigger.)Mrs Fordhttp://mrsfordsdiary.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446727280609751914.post-50892399419182346732014-04-28T08:27:24.191+01:002014-04-28T08:27:24.191+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.callmemadamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12711070764040041338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-446727280609751914.post-74777664029089845552014-04-28T08:18:42.929+01:002014-04-28T08:18:42.929+01:00Eeyore, Pooh, Tigger, Roo, Christopher Robin, Pig...Eeyore, Pooh, Tigger, Roo, Christopher Robin, Piglet, Kanga, Owl, Rabbit.
