The film was a bit fla...I loved this book, so much. The film was a bit flat in comparison. I know I'm coming to your review rather late in the day but just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your description of the difference between the striving Americans and the tea drinking English...it's so true. English people seem far more accepting of their limitations than the Americans. And I think we are more passive as a nation too.
